“Limit”, is the word which is sometimes blamed while sometimes it is praised like anything, depending upon the thing which we are putting limits matters a lot. Today we are considering this limiting factor on our own physical health and see the difference it makes.
Our body is primarily divided into two aspects i.e. physical and psychological. The efficiency level we define as physical or psychological health. Both aspects get spoiled when we remove the limit and we keep on stuffing various things.
Psychological Health –
For the optimum level of psychological health, we need to balance the flow of thoughts. First of all, we have to understand the fact any kind of thought whether is positive or negative, if it is exceeding its limit is bad for us. The mind is capable of some limited amount of thoughts every minute or everyday and exceeding that limit increases stress on the mind.
Continuous exceeding the limit of thoughts results into side effects like depression, anxiety, and many other mental issues.
Physical Health –
Our body is like a bottle if we increase the quantity of anything it reacts and sometimes very badly.
Eating Too much – When we eat more than the limit body does not react at the same time but as time passes it keeps on all the extra eaten food in the form fats. It leads to obesity which has many other health issues associated with.
Drinking Too Much – We all like to party and that cannot be completed without alcoholic drinks. As per doctors guidelines, there is fix limit on the consumption of alcohol and if we drink more than our limit we get high and lose control. Regular drinking of alcohol in excess amount could damage the liver and entire physical health.
Working Too Much – One might wonder that how one can avoid working, yes you are right then. Working or earning is important but it is a part of life which has to be kept in the limit. If you keep on working like machine your productivity will slowly go down. Thus to maintain health we need to balance everything.
